One repository, three small sites, zero bill

This site, the piano trainer and the DJI settings guide live in one repository. Each is an Astro project in apps/, each deploys as its own Cloudflare Worker with static assets, and each gets its own hostname.
Why Workers and not Pages
Cloudflare recommends Workers with static assets for new projects. The Astro adapter emits a small Worker next to the built HTML, so the same project can serve static pages and a few server routes. The free plan includes custom domains, pull request previews and the static asset hosting this site needs.
What the workspace gives
- One lockfile and one Node version for all sites.
- A shared theme package with the layout, header, footer and language switcher.
- Shared content schemas, so a blog post with a broken frontmatter fails the build instead of shipping.
- A single GitHub Actions workflow that only builds the sites a pull request touched.
